Following Jesus

And Jesus said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you become fishers of men.” Mark 1:17; Matt 4:19;

How do we know we love Jesus and are following Him? Whether we know it or not we are all following someone. Maybe a politician, a podhost, a protest group, a celebrity, a rogue pastor. Their message is forming our character. Going deeper…in whom are we trusting? Who do we put our faith in to show us the way of life?

Again, How do we know we love Jesus and are following Him?
Love the things Jesus loves
Love the people Jesus loves
We go where He goes
We try to be like Him, we emulate and use the same language etc.

Jesus said, “If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. John 14:15

He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him.” John 14:21

If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. John 15:10

What are Jesus' commands? Are they the Ten Commandments or something else? Come find out.
